Directions for use

Suitable for daily use: use 6 doses (or pumps) a day for the whole body. Massage the legs, preferably using upward strokes, from the feet to the hips. Next, massage your arms, smoothing from your hands towards your chest. For the abdomen, use a clockwise circular massage.
