1. Locate the Clamp: Identify the two arms of the clip. There will be a straight bar (often with a decorative diamond or ball on one end) connected to a hinged or spring-loaded clamp.

2. Open the Clip: Gently press the two arms together at the hinged end. This will open the jaws at the other end.
