Directions for use

Take 2 capsules a day, one at breakfast and one at dinner, with plenty of water. It is recommended that you continue taking this product for several cycles to assess its effect.

Black pepper extract (Piper nigrum, fruit) (Rephyll®), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose/cellulose gel; chaste tree extract (Vitex agnus castus, fruit), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
